This Saturday from 7pm to 12.30am, the Eden Project is playing host to masks, music and romance as they are launching their debut grand Venetian Valentine.
As the Renaissance-era Venetian masquerade ball is recreated, the dress code consists of black tie and ball gowns or fancy dress, and masks are essential. Your efforts will not be gone unappreciated as prizes will be given to those most creative moments.
Be prepared to dance the evening away with the Kernow String Quartet, and acclaimed harpist Ruth Wall who will be caressing the Mediterranean Biome with her elegant tunes. Then enjoy later into the evening, DJ Back II Bacchus, will be mixing Venetian music with contemporary classics, interesting!
At the stroke of midnight the masks shall be removed so you can gaze into the eyes of your loved one under the beautifully lit biomes of Eden.
Admission price is £25 a ticket which will include a welcoming by a liveried footmen, before you are announced by Eden's Italian Master of Ceremonies. A banquet buffet will be served in the evening and is also included in the price of the ticket.
Certainly not a night to be missed in the most idyllic setting in Cornwall. Share this valentines romance, with the beauty of Eden.
